We guarantee quality
Morakniv is proud of and famous for its high quality. We want those of you who use our products to always trust in your Morakniv and know that it will last a long time, even under tough conditions. A knife from us is a robust tool made to endure.
We will replace your knife
We guarantee that all our knives are free from defects in materials, construction and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, with normal use and provided that the care instructions here on the website are followed. If the knife is faulty in terms of materials or workmanship, we will repair it free of charge, or exchange it for an identical knife, or for one of equivalent value if the model has been discontinued.

Terms

This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. Broken knife tips, discolorations from food and rust spots are not covered. For repair and care information please see the Knife care section on our official homepage www.morakniv.se.

In case of claims please contact our local dealer in your market or Morakniv directly if there is no dealer in your country. List of dealers can be found here: Find dealer (click)

Let us know what is unsatisfactory with your knife. Include your name, address, phone number and email address in an email to your local dealer or to info(at)morakniv.se. If possible, please attach an image of your knife.

If we need the knife back in order to further analyze the defect we recommend that you send us the knife with insured package and send it by a certified receipt that can be tracked if necessary. This will help protect you against possibility of loss or damage to your knife. Note that knife loss, including shipping to and from the distributor / Morakniv factory, is not covered under warranty.

If it is a confirmed warranty issue a replacement knife will be sent as soon as possible at the expense of Morakniv. If we come to the conclusion that your knife was damaged due to one of the following reasons, we will charge you a fee for return shipment: 1) Damage caused by misuse or abuse, 2) Failure to care, clean and maintain your knife, 3) Damage due to self-repair, tampering or dismantling, 4) Sharpening your knife on a grinder.

The guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse or accident.
