This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. Broken knife tips, discolorations and rust spots are not covered. In the event of a complaint, you must contact your local dealer or distributor.

If it is a confirmed warranty issue a replacement knife will be sent as soon as possible at the expense of Morakniv. We might charge you a fee for return shipment if we come to the conclusion that your knife was damaged due to one of the following reasons:

Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
Failure to care, clean and maintain your knife (learn about knife care)
Damage due to self-repair, modifications, normal wear or dismantling.

Go to the store, bring the product and your receipt. If you can’t visit the store, follow the instructions for “If you have bought an item on morakniv.se”.

If you have bought an item on morakniv.se:

Fill out the form further down on this page and describe your claim. Upload images where the issue is clearly seen. If further examination of the knife is required on our part, you will be contacted with information on how to send the knife to us. When sending products to us, we recommend that you send them in a trackable shipment. Note that knife loss is not covered under warranty.

If you bought an item from a retailer:

We ask that you first contact your dealer. Let us know what happened and describe how you have used the knife. Email your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address to your local dealer. Attach a picture of the knife as well as batch number located on the label if possible. If for some reason your dealer cannot handle your claim, you can fill in the form further down this page.
