Once again, Morakniv has the chance to win a prestigious design award for the new knife collection The Ash Wood Outdoor Collection in the Product Design, Sports/Outdoor category.

The knives in this collection reflect how they originally made knives that would last a lifetime. All handles are made of bright ash wood, have full tang black knife blades of recycled Swedish stainless steel, and are secured in protective black vegetable tanned leather sheaths. Making the new collection entirely out of natural materials. Back to the roots.

The iF Product Design Award 2024 is one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world, and this year no less than over 10,000 entries have been submitted for judging. Now a tough job awaits the 132 renowned design experts from 20 countries who make up this year’s jury. The goal is to highlight the world’s best design in nine disciplines, of which over eighty subcategories.

Winners in each category will be presented at the end of February 2024.
