Product description
Both an effective and handsome tool for any home or professional chef. The handle is made of Scandinavian birch and the look is closely related to the shape of the traditional Morakniv. Of course, its features are adapted to kitchen use. The 150 mm long blade has a winning design, with the two tips pointing slightly outwards, just to make sure the steak actually stays in place when carving.
