Swedish stainless steel with full flat grind

The blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. It measures 155 mm in length and 2.4 mm in thickness, with a straight, stiff shape that delivers accurate, controlled cuts. The full flat grind allows it to glide through meat with ease. The stainless steel requires minimal maintenance. All components of the knife are manufactured in our Mora knife factory, backed by over 130 years of knife-making tradition.
