I have been utilizing all purpose knives since I was a young man. This blade is by far the sturdiest blade I have in my vast collection. Handles very well in all scenarios. Whether your fishing in the Texas gulf, or backpacking through the Texas hill country. The blade will hold its own. I have just received my Mora Garberg Carbon with survival kit this morning, and it’s world class. As soon as you handle it, you can feel the qualities. Out of the box, the blade is very sharp indeed.
I researched endlessly on Youtube, and the best bushcrafters and survivalist all recommended it. Some leading experts stating if they had to choose one single item, it would be this. I couldn’t agree more.
I’m actually a day hiker, but it’s little weight and compact size makes good sense to be carrying it and at all times with me. In Forrest’s, Camping, Bushcraft or those times of emergency when things can randomly happen, especially in bad weather.
